The little one with the most, Lil Nat has been invading NY airwaves for the past decade. Recognized as the overnight queen of radio, she has been one of the most influential members of the broadcasting world to date. Leaving overnight she branched out of mainstream radio to create her baby Digital Empire Nation.
Lil Nat is a Brooklyn native with a feisty and charming Jamaican heritage. Nat’s position in radio stints from her alumna status at NYU where she majored in Film, Television, and Radio. While receiving her degree she had her own R&B Radio Show on 89.1 FM WNYU and interviewed celebrity artists such as Erykah Badu. She has been a major part of popular radio ever since. Working behind the scenes at 98.7 KISS FM as well as the Commercial Production Director for 8 years leading up to her on air personality job on sister station Hot 97 and then Kiss fm where she held it down for all her listeners.
Nat has since left mainstream radio to gain more control of her destiny and starting Digital Empire Nation with her new team. Digital Empire gives Nat the chance to dictate what goes on air and what doesn’t. On her show she has interviewed countless celebrities (Eric Sermon, Dawn Richards), legends (Dj Red Alert, Smiff n Wessun) and underground stars (SkyZoo , Fred Da Godson) just to name a few. In addition to radio, Lil Nat has her own feature in DJ Kay Slay’s Straight Stunnin’ Magazine, Vibin with Da Lil 1. Nat also started N.B productions in order to produce her cooking show On The Back Burner, where your favorite celebrities cook their favorite meals. She hosts several industry parties, showcases and fashion shows as well as finding time to give back to her community. She has worked with “Father Knows Best Organization” in Irvington New Jersey, during Breast Cancer Month and hosted a breakfast for the American Cancer Society.
