Sim Streeter began his music career in his middle school choir, often being told he had a unique talent and encouraged to sing solos. Having grown up listening to greats such as Marvin Gaye, Elvis Presley, Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross; Streeter fused his love for classic powerhouse vocals with a new R&B / neo-soul groove.
Speaking of himself as an artist, Streeter says: “I’ve always loved to be an entertainer. Music is something I will do forever. Every time I hear the radio I hear myself. My music is special though, it’s informative and unique. If you listen to one of my songs you will know that I’m very different from other artists. But different in a good way.”
His debut single ‘Bring It Home’ is a melodic trip down memory lane, depicting the scene of missing the one you love and anticipating coming home to their waiting arms.
