Coronavirus is in EVERY US county now – including a remote Hawaiian enclave for leprosy patients

The last county to record a case was the nation’s smallest: Kalawao County, a remote island enclave in Hawaii established in the 1860s for people with leprosy. It’s home to just 70 people.
