How to Join Our Artist Community

Welcome! We are thrilled you're interested in registering with us. We’ve designed our Creator Portal to be your central hub for showcasing your work.

If you're unsure how to get started, just follow these simple steps to get your profile set up and ready for the spotlight.

1. Create Your Account
Click the "CREATOR PORTAL" button in the header & mobile menu to create your basic account. This will give you immediate access to our Creator Portal, where you can start building your space.

2. Build Your Profile
Once inside the portal, you have full control to customize your page. To give your future audience the best impression, make sure to add:

Your Music: Upload your high-quality tracks (MP3 format).

Visual Gallery: Add images of your performances, behind-the-scenes shots, or promotional artwork to represent your vibe.

Biography: Tell your story! Let people know who you are, what inspires you, and where your journey began.

Profile Image: Upload a standout headshot or logo so fans can easily recognize you.

3. Payment & Activation
Once you’ve signed up and submitted your details, your profile will be temporarily paused. A member of our team will reach out to you directly to say hello, answer any questions you might have, and arrange your registration payment.

4. Go Live!
As soon as your payment is processed, we will fully activate your profile. Your music, gallery, and bio will instantly go live for the world to see!

COMMON QUERIES

How much is the registration fee?

The registration fee to activate your profile if you have 1 track uploaded will be [£5 GBP] any more than one track will be [£20 GBP]. This is a [one-time / monthly / annual] payment that helps us maintain the Creator Portal and actively promote our artist community.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as [Stripe / Bank Transfer]. The team member who contacts you will provide a secure payment link or invoice.

How long does it take for a team member to contact me?

Once you create your account and submit your details, a member of our on-boarding team will reach out via email within [e.g., 24 to 48 hours]. Keep an eye on your spam folder just in case!

What file formats and sizes are supported in the Creator Portal?

To ensure your profile loads quickly and looks great, please use the following guidelines:
Audio: MP3 format only (maximum file size: [e.g., 500MB] per track).
Images (Gallery & Profile): JPG or PNG format (maximum file size: [e.g., 5MB] per image). We recommend high-resolution images for the best visual impact.

Do I retain the rights to my music and images?

Absolutely. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all the music, images, and content you upload to your Creator Portal. We only use your content to display it on your profile and help promote you.

Can I update my profile after it goes live?

Yes! Your Creator Portal is yours to manage. You can log in at any time to swap out tracks, add new photos to your gallery, or update your biography. Changes will reflect on your live profile automatically.

What happens if I decide to leave the platform?

If you ever wish to remove your profile, simply contact our support team at [artist@londonsenergyradio.co.uk]. We will deactivate your profile and remove your data within [e.g., 7 days]. Please note that registration fees are [non-refundable / refundable].
